SOMA opens Basements 3 and 4 parking levels
The Basements 3 and 4 of South of Market (SOMA) opened on May 28 to provide more parking spaces to newly moved-in residents.
All four basement parking levels of SOMA, with a vertical clearance of 2.4 meters, have a total capacity of 336 parking slots.
Amenity areas at the upper ground level have been applied with precautionary sticker and paint markings. Handle bars have also been installed in the swimming pool, where an attendant is now stationed from 8am to 7pm. Alternate metal louvers are currently being removed from units with such feature.
The Preview Room, which can comfortably accommodate 18 persons, is now open for reservations. Commercial establishments on the ground level, including a travel agency, a salon and a laundry shop, are expected to open shortly.
